Kelly Warsaw, CEO

Ms. Warsaw’s broad financial and business management background brings an array of strategic strengths to SureSite and its customers.  Her focus is to ensure the company leverages its full experience to develop and implement best practices and deploy project plans. Ms. Warsaw provides leadership in the development of SureSite’s strategic plan, proprietary systems, processes and management tools. 

Ms. Warsaw received her B.B.A. in Finance from Emory University and her Masters of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.


Jerry Warsaw, Founder and President

Mr. Warsaw founded SureSite in 1999 following a decade of success in the commercial real estate industry.  He expanded the company to its current national reach through forays into several wireless network sectors.  Today, Mr. Warsaw brings more than thirty years of industry experience to customers in the distribution, energy, manufacturing, real estate and telecommunications sectors.

Mr. Warsaw received his B.S. in Business from the University of Maryland Robert H. Smith School of Business.


Courtney C. Schmidt, Executive Vice President

Ms. Schmidt is responsible for the operations of SureSite's business throughout the country.  In addition, she is involved in the development of business in new markets and industries.

Ms. Schmidt joined SureSite in 1999 and initially performed site acquisition, land use planning, zoning and permitting services as SureSite expanded in the East Coast, Midwest and West Coast markets.  She then took on additional responsibilities to direct and manage SureSite's site development business, developing methods, processes and management tools for high quality delivery of services and reporting methods to customers. 

Ms. Schmidt received her B.A. in Economics from Wittenberg University and her J.D. from Cleveland - Marshall College of Law.


Greg Parros, Vice President

Mr. Parros leads SureSite’s Technical Services Group with a focus on providing turnkey solutions for wireless carriers, enterprises and venue owners.  He is responsible for developing SureSite’s DAS/small cell strategy and implementing supporting services.  In this role, Mr. Parros provides technical guidance and leadership for SureSite teams nationally and to its customers.  This ensures SureSite’s position as the technical leader in Wireless Infrastructure Services. 

Mr. Parros is a veteran of the US Army and has over 30 years of telecommunications infrastructure development experience on projects worldwide.


Angelique Chamberlain, Vice President of Business Development

Ms. Chamberlain joined SureSite in September of 2015.  In her role she is responsible for managing SureSite’s customers, markets and relationships.

Ms. Chamberlain has spent the past 10 years working for a diverse range of companies within wireless including T-Mobile, MasTec and Mobilitie.  Prior to wireless, she worked in the Governor’s Office for the State of California.

Ms. Chamberlain graduated from the University of California at Los Angeles with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science. 


Andrew Wollschleger, Controller

Mr. Wollschleger is responsible for strategically incorporating finance and technology into the day to day operations and is charged with developing the financial and IT arm of SureSite to support the company as it continues to grow.

Mr. Wollschleger holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Bowling Green State University along with an MBA from the University of Phoenix.


Sean Gilley, Director of Operations

Mr. Gilley is responsible for organizational alignment, assisting in identifying and executing on strategic operational initiatives, and ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.  He has two decades of industry experience related to the implementation and operation of wireless networks.  Prior to SureSite, Mr. Gilley spent 14 years as the Director of Site Services, Network Implementation and Operations with Revol Wireless. 

Mr. Gilley holds a bachelor’s degree in Geography with an emphasis in land use planning and environmental analysis from Bowling Green State University.
